Help Emergency Services Access Your Property

This guide will help you add important information about your property that could be vital during an emergency.

You'll be able to:

  • Find and select your property
  • Add water sources (dams, tanks, pools)
  • Mark access points (gates, driveways)
  • Identify important assets (buildings, equipment)

This information helps emergency services respond more effectively.

Find Your Property

Let's start by finding your property on the map:

  1. Click in the search box at the top of the screen
  2. Type your address and select from the dropdown
  3. Your property will be highlighted on the map

Hint: Try typing a road name like "Tarago Road" to see matching properties.

Add Important Features

Now let's add the most important features to your property:

  1. Click the Edit button in the sidebar
  2. Use the add buttons () to add important water sources, access points, or assets
  3. Fill in the details - priority level is especially important
  4. Click the map to place the feature at that location

Hint: High priority items are the most critical for emergency services to know about.

Save Your Information

When you're finished adding features:

  1. Review all the information you've added
  2. Click the Save button to submit your information

Hint: You can always edit your property information later if things change.
